As a tenor, Elaine has competed almost every year since 1977 in quartets and choruses, winning numerous awards, including many quartet medals. Her highest achievement was to have placed 12th in the international quartet contest her first time on stage with them.
Elaine has lost track of the number of chorus awards achieved, but especially cherishes the International Harmony Classic 1st Place medal won by the Women of Note Chorus in 2005 in which Elaine participated as a member of the chorus and choreographer.
